Swingers Party Non Disclosure Agreement

Most swingers want to keep their involvement in the lifestyle a secret from friends, family and employers.

To help them, all guests at our parties are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Failure to sign means that they are not allowed to participate in the party.

Swingers come from all walks of life including law enforcement and jornalism.

Law Enforcement Officers

I agree that I am attending the party as an active swinger and that I am not attending the party as a representitive of any law enforcement agency and that anything I see cannot be revealed to fellow law enfocement unless forced to do so by a court order.

Journalists & Citizen Journalists

I agree that I am attending the party as an active swinger and that I am not attending the party as a representitive of any news organisation an that anything I see will not be published in any news programme, documentary, newspaper, magazine, on-line blog, news channel or vlog.

General Public

Anything you see at our parties is private between you and the other guests and you agree that you will not pass on details of the event, including the location, hosts names or images, guest names or images, to any 3rd party including friends, family, employers, law enforcement or any type of news programme or magazine.

Revealing the details of our parties or the guests at our parties will incur legal recourse.

If you reveal the details of our guests we will support our guests in seeking legal recourse against you.
